Equipping professionals to thrive

I support leaders and their teams to enhance performance, leadership capacity, resilience and well-being through executive coaching, corporate training, and well-being workshops. I'm adept at distilling the art of leadership and science of well-being and resilience into actionable, practical skills for leaders and busy people.

As an executive coach, I blend expertise in positive psychology, stress management, mindfulness, and resilience with practical knowledge earned advising investment banks, multinationals, and the U.S. government on financing and large infrastructure projects in the US and around the world. I'm passionate about helping busy professionals cultivate sustainable success and and fulfillment in work and life.

Mina's Background

Experience

As a lawyer I was often hired to focus on and fix what's wrong, but when I work with professionals and organizations, I also focus on what is strong. Combining my unique background, strength-based approach, and passion for teaching, mentoring, and self-discovery, my clients gain practical skills in a supportive, engaging environment. I elevate leaders and teams to find more fulfillment and sustainable success.  I offer a practical, proven, solutions-focused approach that helps clients transform challenges into opportunities to deepen connections and create positive outcomes.

Topics I brings to organizations include leading with a coaching mindset, leadership development, resilience, the science of well-being, stress management, beating burnout, mindfulness, meaningful work, goals & habit formation, engagement & belonging at work, and just for lawyers, "what happy lawyers do differently". When I'm not coaching, training, or speaking about well-being, I enjoy yoga, hiking, skiing, writing with my daughter, making smoothies with my son, camping, reading fiction, and a good tiramisu. I'm based in Arlington, VA.
